Agricultural Engineer from the University of El Salvador with an MBA and studies in Sustainability Management from Cambridge University. With more than 20 years, Katia has participated in multiple conferences and training in more than 25 countries and on four continents. She is Director of Sustainability for the FIM(International Motorcycling Federation) since the end of 2010 and FIM environmental delegate for more than 20 years. Creator of projects such as KISS Program and Ride Green Ambassadors. Author of the Ride Green 25 anniversary book and other guides, Katia has extensive experience in the sustainability and motorsport sector. Recently Katia obtained a certificate in implementation of ISO 20121 norm by British International Standard.

Guillermo is a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of York, California. He has a postgraduate degree in marketing from FEPADE. A long sporting career in motocross and downhill mountain bike has earned him Central American championships and being in the Latin American top 5 best riders in motocross. Guillermo is an entrepreneur, owns companies in the automotive industry and bicycle transportation. He is also a builder and developer of downhill tracks in the Central American area. Guillermo has a certificate in implementation of ISO 20121 norm by British Standard International

Ariadna holds an MSc in Environment and Development from the University of East Anglia, UK. She also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Auditing from the Institute of Environmental Studies (Institut d'Estudis Mediambientals-UPC), Barcelona. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Barcelona, Catalonia, and a PhD in Biology from the University of Barcelona-CSIC, Catalonia. She received the 2012 Serra d'Or Critics' Prize for her book "Agricultura Ecològica i sostenibilitat" (Ecological Agriculture and Sustainability). She advises companies on strategic planning for the transition to sustainability.
