Katia Juárez
Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO)
Katia Juárez is a recognized international expert in sustainability, ESG strategy, and sustainable event management, with more than 20 years of experience advising organizations, international federations, and global projects.
She holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering, an MBA, and specialized training in Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge. Throughout her career, she has led initiatives that integrate sustainability into the strategy, governance, and operations of international organizations.
Since 2010, she has served as Sustainability Director of the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM), where she has driven the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into international competitions, events, and programs.
Previously, she spent more than two decades as the FIM's Environmental Delegate, leading pioneering projects that are now recognized as benchmarks in sustainability within motorsport.
She is the creator of international initiatives such as the KISS Program and Ride Green Ambassadors, and the author of the commemorative book celebrating the 25th anniversary of Ride Green, as well as several technical guides and specialized publications.
Throughout her career, she has participated as a speaker, trainer, and lecturer in more than 25 countries across four continents, collaborating with public and private organizations to develop sustainability and impact strategies.
Her expertise is further strengthened by her certification in the implementation of ISO 20121, awarded by the British Standards Institution (BSI), reinforcing her specialization in the planning and sustainable management of international events.

Guillermo Hernández
Director of Strategy and Communication
Guillermo Hernández is a specialist in business strategy, brand positioning, and strategic communication, with a solid track record in developing business projects and managing high-impact initiatives in the fields of sports, tourism, and international events.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the University of York (California, United States) and postgraduate studies in Marketing from FEPADE (El Salvador). He combines his academic background in business management with extensive experience in commercial strategy, business development, and brand building.
Throughout his career, he has founded and managed companies in the automotive, mobility, and specialized transport sectors, leading growth, innovation, and business expansion projects.
In parallel, his career as a high-performance athlete in motocross and mountain biking has given him a strong perspective on leadership, strategic planning, and project management in highly competitive environments.
He has been a Central American champion and ranked among the top five Latin American motocross riders of his generation.
His experience also includes the design, planning, and development of sports infrastructure for international competitions, as well as the organization and management of sports tourism and event-related projects.
He holds certification in the implementation of ISO 20121, awarded by the British Standards Institution (BSI), complementing his expertise in sustainable event planning and management.
At Win and Green, he leads the firm’s communication, positioning, and business development strategy, integrating sustainability with strategic marketing, reputation management, and ESG communication to help organizations strengthen competitiveness and generate long-term value.
Ariadna Benet-Mònico
Senior Sustainability Consultant
Ariadna Benet-Mònico is a specialist in sustainability, environmental strategy, and the transition toward sustainable business models, with more than 15 years of international experience advising companies, institutions, and organizations on designing and implementing strategies aimed at creating value and resilience.
She holds a PhD in Biology from the University of Barcelona in collaboration with the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), a degree in Chemistry, and a Master’s degree in Environment and Development (MSc in Environment and Development) from the University of East Anglia (United Kingdom). She also holds a postgraduate qualification in Environmental Auditing from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC).
Throughout her career, she has led and coordinated international sustainable development projects, supporting organizations in integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria, strategic planning, and the transition toward more sustainable and competitive business models.
Her expertise includes life cycle assessment, carbon footprint analysis, environmental and social impact assessment, as well as the design of science-based sustainability strategies focused on measurable outcomes. Her multidisciplinary profile allows her to address highly complex technical projects from a strategic and applied perspective.
In 2012, she was awarded the Serra d’Or Critics’ Prize for her contribution to the book Organic Agriculture and Sustainability, a recognition that reflects her commitment to research, dissemination, and sustainable development.
In addition to her consulting work, she has developed extensive experience as a trainer, delivering workshops, seminars, and lectures for companies, institutions, and organizations committed to sustainability and innovation.
